With the sometimes stressful lives we lead, it can be tricky to find a time to wind down and just breathe. (Trust me I’m I’ve been there.)
Everyone has a different relaxation point/skill/thing that they do in the most chaotic parts of life. If you looking for this point/skill/thing here’s some ideas:
